EvaluAgent is a Software as a Service business based in the UK, providing an AI-driven, Quality Assurance platform used by customers across the globe. We contacted QECUK to help us get UKAS-accredited certification to ISO27001:2013. This is a key certification for our business that demonstrates to our customers and prospective customers that we have mature security processes, and that these are externally audited regularly. Without ISO27001 we would have lost out on many deals to our competitors - we can’t do without it and QECUK.
The process of dealing with QECUK has been fantastic from the start. It was a long road to get to the point of engaging with QECUK whilst we embedded all of our processes and got our documentation sorted. Once we’d engaged with QECUK everything was clear in terms of the next steps, who our auditor would be, etc. We were in contact with our auditor a few weeks before the audit so we could start to provide some documentation.
On our audit days, we were made to feel totally comfortable during quite a stressful time for us as it was our very first audit. We’ve been with QECUK since our first full audit and 2 surveillance audits and we’re now approaching our re-certification. We are absolutely delighted with the service and support we get from Gavin, Chris and the team at QECUK - I highly recommend them!
