How can you transfer your UKAS accredited certification?

Discover how QECUK can help your business, no matter what stage you are in your certification journey.

The process to transfer your ISO certification to QECUK is easy and straightforward:

  • Complete the QECUK/PQAL profile form so we can get a good understanding of your business
  • You will provide us with a copy of your current ISO certificate(s), a copy of your reports back to and including your last recertification/stage 2 audit
  • We will use this information to prepare you a proposal based on your level of risk and complexity.  This will detail your scope, audit durations and costs.  This will follow your current audit cycle for the remainder of your 3 years or will start at recertification if more appropriate for you
  • Once the proposal is agreed we will plan for a transfer audit review.  This is often conducted remotely unless you have outstanding non-conformities that are still open findings.   QECUK/PQAL will issue you with a new certificate which follow your current certification dates
  • Your audit cycle will now continue ensuring your certification continues

Auditing & certification at your convenience

Some businesses are put off seeking certification because they think it will disrupt their business or they don’t have a physical site.

A simple risk assessment can be completed for any ISO certification audits allowing for the possibility of remote auditing as well as onsite auditing or even a blended approach of both.  This can reduce the overall disruption and improve the efficiencies of audits whilst still meeting the UKAS requirements.
