We contacted QECUK in the hope that they could offer a more cost effective service that we could switch to from our previous provider for continuing our ISO 9001:2015 certification. We also wanted to achieve UKAS accredited certification to ISO 27001:2013 to show our commitment to information security alongside our quality management system.

The process from the quotation stage to our latest audit in December 2023 has been seamless and a pleasure. The operations manager and the auditor have been approachable and patient with nothing being too much trouble. Diarising audits, receiving reports and certificates has all gone very smoothly.
