Metrea Aerial Effects (MAFX) UK are a special mission aviation solutions company based in London, with aspiration to expand within the UK and the EU. We were recommended QECUK from our consultant, to help us achieve the UKAS accredited certifications to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022. This was imperative to showcasing the emphasis we put on our quality and information security outputs to our current and future customers.
The entire process, from requesting a quote, to achieving certification was efficient and timely. Our Stage 1 & 2 Auditor - Raymond, was fantastic from start to finish. The knowledge of each certification and how compliance is achieved was evident in Raymond’s ability to have a conversation, and assist in our understanding of each requirement, and was certainly key to our success. His flexibility within each audit to work around our subject matter expert’s availability was almost effortless and greatly appreciated.
Once we had finished our Stage 2 audit, a wash up of the audit was conducted which was really useful in determining how well we had performed, and also how we can constantly improve our integrated management system.
Receiving the certifications and logos were also complete within a timely manner, enabling us to showcase our achievement to our potential clients.
