North Product Design (npd) is a product design, engineering and prototyping agency. We contacted QECUK to achieve UKAS-accredited certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 because our clients, particularly in the defence sector, increasingly need independent assurance that we handle their intellectual property and sensitive data securely and deliver to a consistent standard. Rather than running two separate systems, we wanted a single integrated management system that would work across the business and reflect how we actually operate day to day.
